Basically a sporting version of the Rolls-Royce 20/25, Derby Bentleys utilised a shorter chassis together with a more powerful version of the 20/25's six cylinder engine with new crossflow cylinder head. Our Derby Bentley we offer for sale is a 4,25 litre version. It’s chassis no. is B 146 GA with engine no. H-3-BZ. It was delivered first in May 1936 to E.O.F. Wright at Derby, where it stays until 1946. The next owner is also known. In 2008 it appears in Switzerland from where it was sold to Germany. This Derby Bentley is technically in good a condition, drives well and has matching numbers. The body has a wonderful patina.
